At Sulania, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return under the terms below.

You may return any product within 7 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
   
• A clear unboxing video must be provided as proof that the product arrived damaged or defective.
   

We currently accept all products for return as long as they meet the above conditions and fall within the 7-day return window.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date we receive the returned item.
   
• We will refund the original amount paid, excluding taxes and shipping charges.
   
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
   

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
   
• We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
   

Please send your returned item(s) to the return address provided during the return process. Currently, we only accept online return requests — no walk-in returns are accepted.

We do not support gift returns or gift credits at this time.
