1. Customer Privacy & Data Handling
We value your privacy. All personal information collected during your purchase (such as name, contact number, shipping address) is strictly used for order fulfillment, warranty registration, and customer support. We do not sell or share your data with third-party services, except those required for courier and delivery purposes.
2. Courier Charges & Shipping Policy
- Customers are required to bear courier charges on both ends:
- At the time of original order shipping.
- In case of returns or replacements, the return courier cost must be covered by the customer.
- Shipping timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner availability.
3. Warranty Activation Policy
- Every Sulania charger is shipped with a warranty card that includes a unique product code.
- To activate your warranty, you must send a message to our official number with your unique code immediately after receiving the product.
- If no activation message is received within 48 hours of delivery, the warranty will be considered void.
- Warranty is applicable only on manufacturing defects. Physical damage (like broken pins, cracks, burns) will not be covered under warranty or eligible for replacement.
4. Replacement Policy
- Products can be replaced only in case of manufacturing defects.
- Products showing signs of physical damage, mishandling, or unauthorized tampering will not be accepted for replacement.
- Customers are responsible for sending the product back to us for inspection. Courier charges apply as mentioned above.
5. Personalized Charger Name Policy
- We offer the option to print your name on the charger for personalization.
- However, the printed name must not:
- Contain offensive, abusive, or vulgar language.
- Include brand names such as Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, etc.
(Use of registered brand names will result in the order being canceled or modified without prior notice.)
6. Changes to Policy
Sulania reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this page before placing any order.
