We provide warranty on the following products:

Warranty starts from the date of delivery of the product.

Warranty covers the following:

✔️ Manufacturing defects
✔️ Internal component failure (not caused by usage)
✔️ Non-functioning product due to internal defect

If your product stops working within the warranty period due to a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it as per policy.

Warranty will not be applicable in the following cases:

❌ Burnt product or overheating due to improper usage
❌ Water or liquid damage
❌ Product damaged due to misuse or mishandling
❌ Normal wear & tear from regular use
❌ Damage caused by third-party chargers or cables
❌ Product repaired by any unauthorized technician

If the product is found tampered with, warranty will be void.

• In some cases, customers may need to send the product to us for inspection.
   
• If a defect is confirmed, we will offer repair or replacement, depending on availability.
   

• Replacement will only be provided if the product cannot be repaired.
   
• Replacement product will be of the same model or similar model (if original is unavailable).
   
• Warranty period continues from the original purchase date — it does not restart after replacement.
   

• Customer must bear the shipping charges for sending the product to us for warranty evaluation.
   
• If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will send the replacement at no additional cost.
   
• If the product is found non-warranty (damaged, misused), customer will have to pay return charges if they want the item shipped back.
   

Sulania Cables is not responsible for:

• Device damage caused by misuse of chargers/cables
   
• Personal data loss
   
• Any indirect or consequential damage
   
• Issues arising due to third-party accessories
   

Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the purchased product only.

This warranty is valid only when:

✔️ No tampering or modification has been done
