At Sulania Enterprises, we provide limited warranty on selected products to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability.

📦 Warranty Coverage

We offer warranty on the following products:

  • Mobile Chargers: 6 Months Warranty
  • Data Cables: 3 Months Warranty

🔁 Warranty Support

  • Warranty is applicable only for manufacturing or technical defects
  • If eligible, the product will be replaced (no refund)
  • Replacement will be provided only if the product is not physically damaged

⏰ Warranty Claim Time

  • Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • If the issue is reported after 24 hours, the warranty claim will not be accepted

📲 Warranty Claim Process

To claim warranty, the customer must:

  1. Send Warranty Card Photo
  2. Share Order ID
  3. Contact us on the WhatsApp number provided with the product

⚠️ If the above details are not provided, the warranty claim will not be processed

  • Physical damage
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear
